Bin Properties
- Weight = 37kg
- Volume = 800L
- Stack height = 10
- Load bearing for 10 stack = 5000kg
- Load tested to 15,000kg
- Total air vent area for bin = 0.506m2 = faster cooling and better drenching (less drenching chemical lost by improperly drained bins.)
Designed for :-
- Fast water drainage -following drenching.
- Easy maintenance – Broken panels easily replaced, saving money.
- Can be shipped flat packed at 300 Bins super-link, and assembled at site.
Materials :
- 10 year UV lifespan, impact resistant Polypropylene. Your bins will in most cases last 20 years or more.
- Nyloc nuts, will not self loosen.
- Dacromet coated nuts and bolts have strong corrosion resistance
Stronger feet
We designed, tested, then redesigned the feet. These feet are built to endure. Ribs are 6mm thick, and resilient to the everyday knocks of life in the orchard and packshed. (Watch “Drop tests and quality assurance summary video”) for more details..

50% stronger Columns
Multiple interlocking, and interconnected load-bearing structures in column, improving load-bearing strength by 25% and overall toughness significantly.

Globally patented
We are globally patent protected – South African patents are not subject to the rigorous examination criteria of the PCT (Patent Co-operation treaty) meaning they are almost impossible to defend in court. Our Bin design has been examined under the PCT, and in many international jurisdictions, and has been shown to be novel, and inventive. We are patented in the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Chile.

Custom Branding
We will print you business name, logo and brand on your bin. Send us a picture and we will design it for you..

Our nuts and bolts are Dacromet coated.
Dacromet is a type of coating that provides corrosion resistance and anti-friction properties to various metal surfaces. It is a water-based, inorganic coating that is commonly used in industrial applications, particularly in the automotive, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
The Dacromet coating is typically applied through a dip-spin process. The metal parts are first cleaned and then immersed in a solution containing zinc and aluminum flakes along with inorganic binders. The parts are then centrifuged to remove excess coating and ensure uniform coverage. After the coating is applied, it undergoes a curing process to form a durable and protective layer.
Dacromet coatings offer several advantages. They provide excellent corrosion resistance, even in harsh environments, by forming a barrier against moisture, chemicals, and oxidation. The coating is also self-healing, meaning it can repair minor damages to itself over time. Additionally, Dacromet offers good adhesion properties, ensuring that the coating remains firmly attached to the metal surface.
This type of coating is often used on fasteners, bolts, nuts, and other metal components that are exposed to corrosive conditions or require lubricity. Dacromet is known for its high salt spray resistance, making it particularly suitable for applications where corrosion protection is critical.
Bin Stacking
EO bins are completely stack compatible with other bins on the market, wooden and plastic bins. Nesting edge tapers are present on each bin top to assist forklift driver with bin alignment for stacking..
